We help clients identify the impact of global trends, think through the implications, and develop tangible plans to deliver growth. Recent work we've done includes: 
  • Trends analysis and thought leadershipWe create tailored programs delivering insights for companies to explore the impact of global trends such as ubiquitous mobile devices, exponential technologies, 'diabesity', the growth of cities and personalized medicine. Our recent engagement with Vodafone is a typical project of this type, including original research, drafting and iteration with a global team to produce a report within an accelerated timeline. We provide ongoing analysis of the developments in the mobile market to a number of clients, including Roche Diagnostics.
  • Corporate and innovation strategyWe create strategies that help deliver new growth, in particular top-line, product growth. We draw on our experience of corporate innovation and reinvention (for example during 6 years at Nokia) and understanding of the innovation processes at Google and Amazon (profiled for Growth Champions). For example, we worked with a US foundation to develop a new strategy and operational model for a high profile patient interacting with a virtual, global research environment.  
  • Product definition and concepts. We develop deep customer knowledge, deliver product strategies and definitions and project manage them to completion. For example, our engagement with Intercontinental Hotel Group in 2011 involved interviews with employees, customers and industry experts to deliver a number of novel media and technology concepts of relevance to properties around the world. LG on mobile operating systems. 

In addition we also created and co-author the Aging2.0 blog which highlights new startups, new ideas and innovative thought leaders in the aging & longevity space.
